ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the east side of South Komenskv Avenue from West 48^th Street to West 49^th Street, on the south side of West 48^th Street from South Komensky to the first alley east thereof, and on the north side of West 49^th Street from South Komenskv Avenue to the first ally east thereof,   at all times ,   Sunday thru Saturday .
