BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"North Bernard Street                     4800 - 4999 block

(Install new residential permit parking zone)."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"North Bernard Street                     4814 - 4836 (on the west side),

4835 to 4859 (on the east side), 4926 to 4948 (on the west side), and 4901 to 4949 (on the east side) (Install new residential permit parking zone)."

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
