Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to HUGO'S FROG BAR, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, forty-one (41) Light Fixture(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1024 N. Rush St
Said Light Fixture(s) at N. RUSH measure(s):
Twelve (12) at one (1) foot in length, one (1) foot in width and twelve point eight (12.8) feet above grade level. Said Light Fixture(s) at N. RUSH measure(s):
Six (6) at one point four (1.4) foot in length, point one six (.16) feet in width and seven point six (7.6) feet above grade level.
Said Light Fixture(s) at N. RUSH measure(s):
Four (4) at six (6) feet in length, point seven (.7) feet in width and eight point one (8.1) feet above grade level. Said Light Fixture(s) at N. RUSH measure(s):
Four (4) at one point six (1.6) foot in length, one (1) foot in width and eight point eight (8.8) feet above grade level. Said Light Fixture(s) at N. RUSH measure(s):
