BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt U-Haul Company of Illinois at 251 East 95^th Street from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
