SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

 

 

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

 

4-60-022 Restrictions on additional licenses.

Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:

(12.150)On the wost side of Campbell Avenuo, from 40th Stroot to 42nd Stroot.

Your Committee on License and Consumer Protection, having under consideration a substitute ordinance introduced by Alderman George Cardenas (which was referred on November 16, 2016), to amend the Municipal Code of Chicago lifting subsection 4-60-022 (12.150) to allow the issuance of additional alcoholic liquor licenses on portion of Campbell Avenue, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body pass the substitute ordinance which is transmitted herewith.

 

This recommendation was concurred in by a viva voce vote of the members of the committee on December 7, 2016.
