ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the 1600 block of South Albany Avenue (1600-1699 South Albany Avenue), on the west side of the street only, Monday thru Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays , at all times.
