ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the extension of existing residential permit parking zone # 114 to include the 3900 block of North Drake, on both sides of the street, beginning at 3900 and ending at 3999 N Drake Avenue, between Elston Avenue and W Irving Park Road, at all times. Sunday thru Saturday.
