I enclose the final Revised Red and Purple Modernization Phase One Project Redevelopment Project Area Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Area Plan and Project (the "Revised Plan") for the proposed Red and Purple Modernization Phase One Project Redevelopment Project Area, Chicago, Illinois, dated November 28, 2016. This Revised Plan reflects changes to the plan that was filed in your office initially on September 20, 2016, in accordance with the requirements of Section 5/1 l-74.4-5(a) of the Illinois Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1 et seq., as amended, then on November 15, 2016, showing further revisions.
