SECTION 1. Title 17, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance

be amended by changing all the RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-K in the area bounded by:

North Keystone Avenue; a line 147.80 feet south of and parallel to West Argyle Street; the north/south public alley next east of and parallel to North Keystone Avenue; and a line 197.80 feet south of and parallel to West Argyle Street,

to those of a RT3.5, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District which is hereby established in the area described and a corresponding use district.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage

and due publication.
