ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, by an ordinance adopted by the City Council of the City of Chicago ("City Council") on June 5, 2013, and published in the Journal of Proceedings of the City Council ("Journal") for said date at pages 54020 through 54033, inclusive, the City authorized a Class L tax status for property located at 12 South Michigan Avenue (the "Original Ordinance"); and
WHEREAS, following adoption of the Original Ordinance, it was discovered that part of Exhibit 2 and all of Exhibit 3 were missing from the Original Ordinance, along with a reference in the Original Ordinance to Exhibit 3; and
WHEREAS, by an ordinance adopted by the City Council on December 11, 2013, and published in the Journal for said date at pages 71151 through 71166. inclusive, the errors in the Original Ordinance were corrected by replacing the Original Ordinance and all its exhibits in their entirety (the "Corrective Ordinance"); and
WHEREAS, following adoption of the Corrective Ordinance, it was discovered that the Permanent Index Number contained in the Legal Description attached as Exhibit 1 to the Corrective Ordinance is incorrect and that Exhibit 1 does not include the correct number of Permanent Index Numbers; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate to correct these errors; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Journal of Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago of December 11, 2013 is hereby corrected by replacing the Permanent Index Number stated on page 71157 with the following Permanent Index Numbers: 17-15-101-010-0000 and 17-15-101-008-0000.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication.
