ORDINANCE

7433 North Clark Street

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Clark Skilled Nursing Facility, LLC dba Clark Manor, 7433 North Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60626, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 7433 North Clark Street.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
