ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the 7100 block(s) of West 70th Street on the south side of the street from 3901 to 3945 and on the north side of the street form 3900 - 3944; including the wrap-around on South Springfield Avenue, west side of the street from Springfield north to the first alley and form Springfield south to the first allev: Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
