ORDINANCE

Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by removing the Pedestrian Retail Street designation for the properties abutting North Clark Street on Map Number 11-G in the area bounded by:

West Lawrence Avenue; North Clark Street; a line 322.94 feet south of and parallel to West Lawrence Avenue; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Clark Street or the line thereof if extended where no alley exists,

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and due publication.
