BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Institutional Planned Development Number 1045 District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-G in the area bounded by

 

 

A line 75 feet south of and parallel to West 31st Street; South Halsted Street; a line 183 feet north of and parallel to West 33rd Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Halsted Street,

 

 

to those ofa B3-2 Community Shopping District.
