Be It Ordained by the City Cuitm tl of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to issue a sign permit to Lamar Advertising Company, 500 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 6061L lor the erection ofa Dynamic Image Display .-.ign signboard at 5981 N. Ridge Ave., Chicago. Illinois, with the following dimensions, height and square foot area:

Dimensions:

Length: 9 feet 8 inches Height 10 feet

Height above Grade Roof io Top of Sign: 24 feet

Total Square Foot Area:    97 square feet

The proposed Dynamic Image Display sign/signboard will replace an existing rotating sign display measuring approximately i() feet in height by 10 feet in length, located at the subject property.

Notwithstanding any provisions of Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, including the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, to the contrary, the Commissioner of Buildings is hereby directed and authorized to issue a sign permit to the address referenced within this Ordinance.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
