BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

 

SECTION I: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by removing the Pedestrian Retail Street designation and appropriate symbols and indications from that segment of the North Lincoln Avenue right-of-way on Map Number 9-H in the area between

The center-line of West Grace Street on the northwest and the south line of West Waveland Avenue, said line extended to where it intersects with the southwesterly-line of North Lincoln Avenue on the southeast.

 

SECTION 2: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, Section 17-3-0503-D (2) is hereby amended by deleting the stricken language and inserting the underscored language as follows:

 

 

17-3-0503-D  Pedestrian Streets and Pedestrian Retail Streets.

2.       The following street segments are classified as pedestrian retail streets:
