Please take notice that I have selected and do hereby designate Edward N. Siskel as my additional proxy for me in my name, place and stead to affix my signature as Mayor of the City of Chicago to any license, permit, contract, change order, ordinance, bond, deed, grant document or any other written instrument required to be signed by the Mayor.

By this letter I hereby revoke the proxy designation of Stephen R. Patton made by me on May 20, 2011.
