ORDINANCE

 

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.

 

 

SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (25.136), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of April 30, 2014 at pages 79728, with the following underscored text:

 

4-60-022 (25.136)     On Ashland Avenue, from Cermak Road to the south branch of the Chicago River.

 

 

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
