BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend No Truck Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

8                     South Harper Avenue; South Harper Avenue from East 87th Street to East 88th Street;

No Semi Truck Parking [02016-3992]

15                     South Bishop Street; South Bishop Street (east and west sides) from West 46th Street

to West 47th Street; No Truck Parking, All Times, All Days - (16-08072337) [O2016-7760]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Truck Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
