BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO: SECTION 1. Title 17, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the Ml-1 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-K in the area bounded by


a line 685 feet south of and parallel to West Belmont Avenue; North Tripp Avenue; North Kearsarge Avenue; the north right-of-way line of West Wellington Avenue thereof if extended where no street exists; and the easterly right-of-way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company,

to those of a M2-1 Light Industry District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
