ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-1 in the area bounded by

West Charleston Street; the alley next east of and parallel to North Maplewood Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Charleston Street; the alley next west of and parallel to Nroth Campbell Avenue; the alley next northeast of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; a line 316.71 feet northwest of North Campbell Avenue as measured along the northeast 18ine of North Milwaukee Avenue and perpendicular thereto; North Milwaukee Avenue; and North Maplewood Aveue,

to those of an RSI Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
