SUBSTITUTE   ORDINANCE    # A-8285

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the M1-1 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-1 in the area bounded by:

West Maypole Avenue; a line 483.36 feet west of and parallel to North Campbell Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Maypole Avenue; and a line 525.1 feet west of and parallel to North Campbell avenue

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
