Whereas, God in His Infinite Wisdom has called Robert L. Myers, a most beloved citizen, husband, father, friend and devoted city employee, to his eternal reward on Monday, January 16, 2017; and     . ;

 

: v,:: WHEREAS, Robert was born on January 14, 1964 to Robert Lee Myers, Sr. and the late Dorothy Dallas Green, and also was cared for and raised, by Mr. James Green. He will long be remembered for his legacy of faith, humbling kindness, dedicated sense of duty and commitment, unwavering compgssibn, and quiet dignity; and

 

.    WHEREAS, Robert, affectionately .called "Bob," mq                     high school sweetheart

,". Whom he gredtly adored, his life partner, the lovely Edith M. Reid (Dee) in 1985 and they . : became inseparable for an incredible thirty-two years. To fhisjUhioh they were blessed , with three adoring sons, of whom he wasYnost proud; and, •

WHEREAS, Bob entered.info sunset surrounded by his family and close friends. He will be held in the highest esteem as one of the hardest working city employees and one of the best dressed people in City Hall. "His indomitable Spirit, ceaseless .qllegiqnce and . distinct sense of style will long and indelibly convey pleasure to those who knew and worked with. him. His exemplary service, attention to detail, care and concern will undoubtedly be missed; and .

 

WHEREAS, Bob leaves to cherish the memories of a life well lived his wife and high school sweetheart of thirty-two years, Edith M.
