THE PUBLIC ALLEY NEXT NORTH OF WEST 32nd STREET; SOUTH NORMAL STREET; WEST 32nd STREET; AND, A LINE 28.87 FEET WEST OF AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH NORMAL STREET
