BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend School Parking Restriction Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
24 1749 South Christiana Avenue; 1749 South Christiana Avenue (east side) from a point
30 feet north of West Ogden Avenue to a point 120 feet north thereof; No Parking Except School Personnel, 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, School Days [02017-1900]
24 1768 South Spaulding Avenue; South Spaulding Avenue (west side) from a point 25
feet north of West Ogden Avenue to a point 125 feet north thereof; No Parking Except School Personnel, 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, School Days [O2017-1901]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend School Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
