ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-3 Community Shopping District and Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 18-C in the area bounded by

South Bennett Avenue; East 71^st Street; a line 115.5 feet east of and parallel to South Jeffery Boulevard; a line 275 feet south of and parallel to East 71^st Street; South Jeffery Boulevard; the public alley next south of and parallel to East 71^st Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Euclid Avenue; a line 110 feet south of and parallel to East 71^st Street; a line 134.4 feet east of and parallel to South Euclid Avenue; a line 90.91 feet south of and parallel to East 71^st Street; South Euclid Avenue; a line 170.94 feet south of and parallel to East 71^st Street; a line 134.45 feet west of and parallel to South Euclid Avenue; a line 94.75 feet south of and parallel to East 71^st Street; and South Bennett Avenue,

to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
