BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 16-C in the area bounded by

 

 

The public alley next east of and parallel to South Cornell Avenue; a line 178 feet north of and parallel to East 71sl Street; South East End Avenue; a line 78 feet north of and parallel to East 71st Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South East End Avenue; a line 128 feet north of and parallel to East 71sl Street; South Cregier Avenue; a line 178 feet north of and parallel to East 71st Street; South Bennett Avenue; a line 78 feet north of and parallel to East 71sl Street; South Euclid Avenue; and East 71st Street,

 

 

to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.
