ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Comptroller of the City of Chicago is directed to install parking meters at:

•   2736 North to 2754 North Kedzie Avenue

SECTION 2. The Comptroller of the City of Chicago is directed to remove parking meters at:

•   2700 North to 2710 North Sawyer, west side of the street

SECTION 3. Section 9-64-206 of the Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding the language underscored and by deleting the language struck through as follows:

9-64-205 Parking meters—hours of operation

Notwithstanding any prior ordinance establishing different hours of operation, the hours of operation for a parking meter shall be as follows:

(et Notwithstanding the days and hours of operation in subsections (a), (bt. (ct. and (d ) of this section, parking meters shall operate:

(1) From 24 hours per day. 7 days per week:

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
