DIRECT TRANSMISSION TO COMMITTEE ON PEDESTRIAN AND TRAFFIC SAFETY FOR PASSAGE AT APRIL 17, 2017 MEETING:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council prohibiting parking of vehicles at all limes on portions of designated streets be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom thc following: "No Parking - Monday through Friday 7AM-9AM on Central Avenue (west side), from Eastwood Avenue to Warwick Avenue." and "No Parking - Monday through Friday 4PM - 6PM on Central Avenue (east side), from Windsor Avenue to Warwick Avenue."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after passage and publication.
