ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 9-64-206 ofthe Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding language underscored and by deleting the language struck through as follows:

9-64-206 Parking meters - hours of operation

Notwithstanding any prior ordinance establishing different hours of operation, the hours of operation for a parking meter shall be as follows:

(e) Notwithstanding the days and hours of operation in subsections (a), (b), (c), and (d) of this section, parking meters shall operate:

(1) 9am to 7pm, Monday through Friday at:

27.1     West Chicago Avenue, southside of the street, between North Willard Court and North Elizabeth Street

(f) The time limits set forth above shall not replace any other more restrictive parking or standing restrictions and do not relieve a person from the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the standing or parking of vehicles in specified places or at specific times.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and publication.
