/F ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the RS2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District, RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District and Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No 19-1 in the area bounded by


West Touhy Avenue; a line 162 feet east of and parallel to North Sacramento Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Touhy Avenue; and North Sacramento Avenue,

to those of a RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
