BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit, (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-L in an area bound by

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The public alley South of and parallel to West Lake Street; the public alley East of and parallel to North Lotus Avenue; and a line to a point 34 feet South and perpendicular to North Lotus Avenue; and North Lotus Avenue

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

to those of an RT3.5 Residential Two Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Use District and Corresponding Use District
