INDUSTRIAL PERMIT PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions ofthe below named streets are hereby designated as Industrial Permit Parking Zones, for the following locations:
WARD AMEND INDUSTRIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONE:
47 West Leland Avenue and North Ravenswood Avenue; Amend Ordinance passed
11/19/2014, journal page 98814, by Striking: west side only and Inserting in lieu thereof: west side, from West Leland Avenue to West Lawrence Avenue; And Also North Ravenswood Avenue (west roadway, east side) from West Leland Avenue to a point 165 feet south of West Lawrence Avenue, Industrial Permit Parking Zone 20, 10:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday [02017-2045]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Industrial Permit Parking Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
