BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago,
Cornmissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Fahed Shawabkeh of Manny Auto Sales, Inc, DBA Auto Drive Acceptance from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to 2026-2040 North Cicero Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its

I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Manny Auto Sales, Inc, DBA Auto Drive Acceptance located at 2026-2040 North Cicero Avenue. I have no objections to this application and 1 will introduce an ordinance at the next City Council meeting scheduled for April 19, 2017, exempting of Manny Auto Sales, Inc, DBA Auto Drive Acceptance, from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
