ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the M1-1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-K in the area bounded by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West Chicago Avenue; North Keystone Avenue; West Chicago Avenue; and North Kostner Avenue

to those of a C3-1, Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
