ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 415672 -1 Permit No. 1107560

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for IK FULTON, LLC on 09/11/2013, and printed upon page 60071 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "IK FULTON, LLC" and inserting in their place the words "SVF FULTON CHICAGO, LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
