ORDERED, that the Chief Financial Officer, Carole Brown, the Director of the Budget Office for the City of Chicago, Alex Holt, and the Treasurer of the City of Chicago, Kurt Summers, appear at the next (June) convening of the Committee on Finance for testimony including, but not limited to, full accountings and holdings of the following city funds and resources:
The "Rainy Day Fund";
Tax Increment Financing revenues and holdings;
Any and all investment returns identified by the Office ofthe Treasurer; and
Any other undedicated or unexpended revenue sources under the control of the City of Chicago.
