SUBTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and M1-2, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-G in the area bounded by:

West 37^tn Street; South Halsted Street; West 37^lh Place; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Halsted Street

to those of a B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
