SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the C1-2, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-F in the area bounded by:

a line 96 feet south of and parallel to West 35^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; a line 288 feet south of and parallel to West 35^th Street; and South Halsted Street,

Except that area bounded by: a line 168 feet south of and parallel to West 35^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; a line 192 feet south of and parallel to West 35^th Street; and South Halsted Street,

to those of an RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after Its passage and publication.
