Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 2500 Milwaukee LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use forty-two (42) Light Fixture(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 2500 N. Milwaukee Ave
Said Light Fixture(s) at N. Milwaukee measure(s):
Five (5) at point six (.6) feet in length, point six (.6) feet in width and ten (10) feet above grade level.
Three (3) at one point six four (1.64) foot in length, one point five six (1.56) foot in width and nine point six nine (9.69)
feet above grade level.
Four (4) at one point seven four (1.74) foot in length, one point eight nine (1.89) foot in width and nine point six nine (9.69) feet above grade level.
Five (5) at point six (.6) feet in length, point three nine (.39) feet in width and ten (10) feet above grade level. Five (5) at point three nine (.39) feet in length, point two three (.23) feet in width and twenty point five six (20.56) feet above grade level.
Four (4) at point three nine (.39) feet in length, point three one (.31) feet in width and forty-three point two one (43.21) feet above grade level.

Two (2) at one point six four (1.64) foot in length, one point eight nine (1.89) foot in width and nine point six nine (9.69) feet above grade level.

Said Light Fixture(s) at W. Linden measure(s):
Four (4) at one point six four (1.64) foot in length, one point nine two (1.92) foot in width and nine point six nine (9.69) feet above grade level.
Four (4) at point three nine (.39) feet in length, point three one (.31) feet in width and forty-three point two one (43.21) feet above grade level.
Said Light Fixture(s) at Alley measure(s):
Two (2) at nine point one two (9.12) feet in length, point seven one (.71) feet in width and eight point three seven (8.37) feet above grade level.
One (1) at nine point one two (9.12) feet in length, point six seven (.67) feet in width and eight point three seven (8.37) feet above grade level.
One (1) at nine point one two (9.12) feet in length, point seven three (.73) feet in width and eight point three seven (8.37) feet above grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1128053 herein granted the sum of one hundred seventy-five ($175.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for a light fixture(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, I respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
