BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION l.That an ordinance passed by the City Council on June 28, 2000, prohibiting parking in a designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [page 36870 ofthe Journal of Proceedings]:
"North Orchard Street
(on the east side) from a point 115 feet north of West Kemper Place to a point 138 feet north thereof - 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
(NO PARKING)."
and inserting in lieu thereof "North Orchard Street
(on the east side) from West Kemper Place to West Fullerton Avenue - 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
(NO PARKING).
SECTION 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage
and publication.
