Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT FUND, INC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, twenty-nine (29) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 525 S. State St
Said Awning(s) at S. State measure(s):
Sixteen (16) at twelve (12) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of seven hundred sixty-eight (768) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at Congress measure(s):
Six (6) at fourteen point three (14.3) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of three hundred forty-three point two (343.2) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at Harrison measure(s):
Four (4) at twelve point three (12.3) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of one hundred ninety-six point eight (196.8) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at Harrison measure(s):
One (1) at thirteen (13) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of fifty-two (52) square feet. Said Awning(s) at Harrison measure(s):
One (1) at thirteen point six (13.6) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of fifty-four point four (54.4) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at Harrison measure(s):
One (1) at seven point six (7.6) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of thirty point four (30.4) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
