BUFFER ZONE FOR RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 (f) of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following addresses are hereby included in the buffer zone for the adjacent Residential permit parking zone (Zone 1446):
4001 to 4057 N Damen Ave (east side of the street only) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 1446
4020 N Damen Ave (west side of the street only) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 1446
3904 to 4057 N Wolcott Ave (both sides of the street) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 1446
1835 to 1845,1901 to 1909, and 1923 to 1937 W Irving Park Rd (south side of the street only) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 1446
1844 to 1958 W Irving Park Rd (north side of the street only) - designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 1446

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
