BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1.  Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the M3-3 Heavy Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-G in the area bounded by

 

 

A northeasterly line 303.25 feet long beginning at a point 190 feet northwest of the north line of West Fullerton Avenue (as measured along the northeast line of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad Right of Way) and ending at a point 161.02 feet north of the north line of West Fullerton Avenue (at a point 150.77 feet east of the northeast line of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad Right of Way measured along the north line of West Fullerton Avenue); a line 780.23 feet west of the southwest line of North Elston Avenue (as measured along the north line of West Fullerton Avenue); West Fullerton Avenue; and the northeast boundary line of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad Right of Way,

 

 

to those of a C2-3 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District.

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
