ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-J in the area bounded by

a line 85.5 feet north of and parallel to West Flournoy Street; a line 138.6 feet east of and parallel to South Independence Boulevard; West Flournoy Street; a line 82.6 feet east of and parallel to South Independence Boulevard,

to those of a C I-1 Neighborhood Commercial District.
