MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS NO TRUCK PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   That the Commissioner'of Transportation is hereby authorized and , directed to install and/or amend No Truck Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

29                     North Oak Park Avenue; North Oak Park Avenue (east and west sides) from

West Shakespeare Avenue to West Belden Avenue; No Truck Parking, All Times, All Days - (17-01411365) [02017-1016]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Truck Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
