TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
WARD TOW ZONES:
1 3000 West Humboldt Boulevard; 3000 West Humboldt Boulevard (east side) from
West North Avenue to West Armitage Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, 11:00pm to 7:00pm, Tuesday and Friday, and 4:00pm to 8:00am, Sunday [02017-5063]
4 South Park Terrace; South Park Terrace (west side) from West Roosevelt Road to

WARD AMEND TOW ZONES:
15 West 47th Street; Repeal Ordinance Passed 11/14/1977, journal page 6308-6309,
which reads: West 47th Street (south side) from South Western Avenue to South Damen Avenue; No Stopping, No Standing, No Parking Tow Zone, 4:00pm to 6:00pm, and 7:00am to 9:00am, Monday through Friday, by Striking the above -(17-006889140) [02017-381]
43 West Diversey Parkway; Repeal Ordinance which reads: West Diversey Parkway
(south side) from North Ashland Avenue to North Racine Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00am to 9:00am, Monday through Friday and West Diversey Parkway (north side) from North Ashland Avenue to North Racine Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, by Striking the above [02017-5452]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Traffic Lane - Tow Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
