BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11-G in the area bounded by
A linel 05.07 feet north of West Wilson Avenue as measured along the west line of North Beacon Street and perpendicular thereto; North Beacon Street; West Wilson Avenue; and the alley next west of North Beacon Street, to those of a B3-2 Community Shopping District.
