BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CH1CA GO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11-H in the area bounded by

a line 92 feet south of and parallel to West Wilson Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to North Ravenswood Avenue; a line 142 feet south of and parallel to West Wilson Avenue; and North Ravenswood Avenue,

to those of a C3-3 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

Proposed Land Use: The Applicant is seeking a zoning change in order to permit the location and establishment of an outdoor patio/deck, on the roof of the existing four-story commercial and office building, at the site.
