ORDINANCE

WHEREAS, by an ordinance adopted by the City Council of the City of Chicago (the "City Council") on July 20, 2016, and published,in the Journal of Proceedings of the City Council (the "Journal") for said date at pages 28223 through 28226, inclusive, the City authorized a Class C tax status for property located at 2614 West Pershing Road, Chicago, Illinois (the "Original Ordinance"); and

WHEREAS, following adoption of the Original Ordinance, it was discovered that the Permanent Real Estate Tax Index Numbers (PINs) contained in the Legal Description attached as Exhibit A to the Original Ordinance are incorrect; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate to correct these errors; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Journal of July 20, 2016 is hereby corrected by replacing the Permanent Real Estate Tax Index Numbers (PINs) stated on page 28226 with the following Permanent Real Estate Tax Index Numbers (PINs): 16-36-424-016-0000 and 16-36-424-017-0000.
